摘要
Background. On 22 January 2015 the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) approved the guidelines on outpatient medical specialist care (ASV) for the treatment of gynecological tumors. Aim. How much importance must be attached to these new treatment pillars for gynecological tumor therapy in the future? Material and methods. Analysis and evaluation of 116b of the Social Security Statute Book V (SGB V) and the ASV guidelines on gynecological tumors approved by the GBA on 22 January 2015. Results. The approval of the guidelines on indications for ASV of gynecological tumors by the G-BA on 22 January 2015 heralds the beginning of the ASV era also in this gynecological field. With the many, sometimes also ambitious structural plans the G-BA has achieved high quality standards for hospitals and private medical specialists which must be overcome in the path of the so-called notification procedure in order to obtain access to the ASV Conclusion. In the course of the progression of outsourcing from hospitals to outpatient treatment, there are no suitable alternative strategies to establishment of the ASV; nevertheless, implementation of these new pillars of care will take a number of years, not least because of the predetermined bureaucratic requirements. The treatment of complex disease symptomatics in the form of interdisciplinary and intersectorial treatment teams will therefore become an established quality characteristic.
