Think the decoloniality as alternative horizon the modernity/coloniality requires reflection about the emerging practice that diversity human groups are making as configuration other possible worlds. Based on the above this paper addresses those communication practice present in the Network Internet and offer an decolonial option, while alternative/disruptive communication/signification respect to universal system that designed modernity/coloniality.
