State of the art on research about the teaching of literature in relation to cinema

摘要
The aim of this article is to present a state of the art about research on the relation between cinema-literature-education, as foundations for the teaching of literature. In order to do this, a qualitative process was developed, with the following stages. The first, was a documental research stage: different data bases of national and international universities were searched for pertinent evidence. In the second stage, categories of analysis were established for the found research projects. Finally, the results were analyzed with the objective of identifying trends and absences. The results found demonstrate that there were two outstanding trends: the first is that of analysis based on theory; and the second is that of pedagogical interventions. As a conclusion, it can be said that most of the work found is limited to the identification of examples of transposition, or to application studies of semiotic interpretation models of analysis and interpretation. In the light of this, the absence of a pertinent theorization and methodology can be noted, that will orient the use of cinema in literature classes, in a non-superficial way.
