摘要
Art, Science and migration are a vital part of the world we live in. In spite of its militarized borders and population control regimes, our current era of globalization has changed the way we live by giving us different ways and means of moving not only physically among countries, but also virtually in cyberspace. This constitutes today an integral part of the artistic identity of the creator. The first approach in the present communication will be the artistic heritage in visual arts, which has recently contributed to the understanding of identities in south to north migrations. Such is the case of the work "Latino/a America", which among many others, contributes to the construction of a dialogic bridge among artists and migrant communities. The second approach will argue the impending need to establish communication among artists, scientists and the general public, which must allow the exchange of ideas in order to find solutions to common problems. The main goal is to generate projects that can unite migrating ideas and knowledge.
