摘要：
A new biased cluster algorithm is introduced in order to overcome the problems present in Monte Carlo simulations of the low temperature phase of classical systems with continuous symmetry. The general equilibrium condition for this algorithm is proved. It is tested on several two- and three-dimensional spin models.
