摘要：

Besides large support, increasing criticism arised regarding the now 10 year old PsychThG Psychotherapist-law). In particular, the postgraduate psychotherapy-students criticised the long duration of the studies and high costs. Furthermore there is a lack of standardized quality regulations for the curricula, which appear to be rather heterogeneous. For this reason and because of the Bologna process the German Federal Ministry of Health ordered a research-report as a basis for a reform of the psychotherapy law. For the report, a delphi-study was performed to assess the opinion of different experts psychiatrists and psychologists) qualitatively and quantitatively. Altogether the results of the Delphi- Study stressed the demand for a modification of duration, content and payment of the practical training.
