Ultrasonic investigations of Nd2CuO4 at low temperatures have been performed. Elastic moduli anomalies, which testify to presence of the spontaneous and magnetic field-induced phase transitions, have been discovered in this compound. Analysis of the data obtained in terms of the phenomenologic theory has allowed the authors to conclude on the magnetic states of the copper subsystem at liquid helium temperatures. The low temperature parts of the phase H-T diagram (H parallel-to [100], H parallel-to [110]) are presented. The influence of Ce-doping on the low temperature phase transitions in Nd2CuO4 has been studied.
