摘要
We use Monte Carlo simulations of a two-dimensional XY model in a magnetic field to study a self-consistent mean-field theory for the three-dimensional anisotropic XY model. The relation between the critical temperature T(c) and the interplane coupling J perpendicular-to is determined. The magnetization exponent beta is discussed and results for the specific heat c(v) are presented.
