The current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of the nonstationary Josephson and quasiparticle currents for tunnel junctions made with the help of one or two partially-dielectrized superconductors with charge-density waves were calculated. I-V characteristics have several Riedel-type singularities and jumps for biases V, which correspond to definite combinations of the superconducting A and the dielectric SIGMA-gaps in the elementary excitation spectrum of the system. The existence of the dielectric gap results in noticeable nonlinearities of I-V curves even for eV >> DELTA, SIGMA. The results are compared with the experimental data for the superconducting oxides BaPb1-xBixO3, La2-xBa(Sr)xCuO4 and YBa2Cu3O7-x.
