摘要：
In the review questions of clinical pharmacology beta-blocking agents, which use in chronic heart failure are considered. Pharmacological effects, features of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of bisoprolol, carvedilol, metoprolol and nebivolol, providing additional opportunities in treatment of patients with chronic heart failure are in detail discussed.
