摘要
Since the pouring temperature will affect the runoff of melting ash, the heat resistance of reactor wall materials, and the quantity of heat-loss from reactors, it is a very important factor for planning and designing the melting system. On the other hand, the moisture content, the calorific value, and the organic matter content of sludge greatly affect the auxiliary fuel consumption since the sludge melting process is operated at a high temperature. Operation of melting process is greatly affected by sewage sludge characteristics. This study clarified the following items and the results will be utilized for the design, operation and maintenance of the melting process. (1) Ash components of sewage sludge were measured and analyzed. (2) The fall of the pouring temperature on sewage sludge was estimated from various points of view. (3) Heat value of sewage sludge was measured and the conventional formulation was shown to estimate the heat value.
