摘要：

In article the problem of attraction of foreign investments into Russia and its regional subsystems is considered. It is shown that the period of a favorable economic conjuncture has made positive impact on the given process. However, in the country there is a spatial localisation of the given investments, and localisation points are rather limited with reference to various kinds of investments, a number of regions of the country leaves sphere of attraction of the foreign capital.
