摘要
During 1999 and the subsequent years, a part of the agricultural population, compelled by violence, moved out from Kosovo and Metohija Multitude farms have been abandoned. To restart production on these farms there are some limits. Some restrictions are short termed, while some are long termed. It is very important to reorganize agricultural production on these individual farms. There are certain efforts toward and interest in the return of this population. There also exists specific assistance related to the realization of such intentions. However, there are substantial restrictions regarding the homecoming, as well. The return of the agricultural population is being stimulated and made difficult at the same time. The agrarian entrepreneurship has also been stimulated, however the limits have great influence. This article illuminates some examples of these limits.
