Women who perceive their symptoms as being moderate or severe have a significantly lower quality of life. The impact of pelvic floor disorders on quality of life and sexual health can be evaluated through the use of validated. Questionnaires have been developed to measure the impact of pelvic floor disorders symptoms or treatment on quality of life and sexual health. Specialised nurses play an important roles in the care for patients with pelvic floor disorders.
