CULTURE OF PEACE AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION: THE IMPORTANCE OF THE MEDIATION IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF A STATE OF PEACE

The Mediation is a principal element for the construction of a real Positive Peace. If we want create a Peace State, we need conditions of Justice and Equity, is necessary that the justice system use the Mediation in first place. A government who promote it and citizens educated in this competitions of dialogues, empathy, cooperation and constructions agreements. In this document we make a theory study contribution concerning to the Positive Conflict Resolution in the Culture of Peace and special of the Mediation with the objective to understand the importance, patterns, characteristics, purposes, objectives and promote its implementation.
