摘要：
A key factor determining a favourable combination of mechanical properties and damping capacity in vermicular graphite cast iron is the amount of vermicular graphite in the structure of the metal. The optimum composition of VGC has been established, and production technology has been developed which doubles the damping capacity of the metal and ensures a high level of mechanical properties.
