摘要：
Our attention is concentrated on the possibility of existence of "specific" forms of economic crimes criminal trial in this article. The necessity of introduction of the procedure of releasing the person from criminal responsibility in the case of his guiltiness in commiting of economic crime is settled too. There is shown an algorithm of necessary trial actions.
