摘要：
The aim of the investigations was to provide an overall view of the range, in the different regions, of hamburger snack products and other products to which the final syllable "-burger" is attached and to make a contribution to the systematic classification of this group of products. It was found that they could be divided into three groups, based on the nature of the valuable meat portion, and a division of this kind is regarded as suitable for covering any new products that appear on the market.
