摘要:
A new formulation for the eddy current analysis on a thin plate with the boundary element method is presented. The conductive plate is assumed to be infinitesimally thin. The formulation of this method is based on the scalar Green's theorem and the time-dependent fundamental solution, and is performed by the use of the above assumption. For the analysis of the three-dimensional eddy current distribution, the outward normal components of the current vector potential and the magnetic scalar potential are used as unknown variables. The advantage of this method is that the dimension of the system of equations is considerably reduced in comparison with the usual three-dimensional boundary element analysis.
