The paper describes the program of psycholinguistic aspects of Russian-Turkic language interaction researches. The program is currently being implemented in the project "Linguistic and Ethno-Cultural Diversity of Southern Siberia in Synchrony and Diachrony: Interaction of Languages and Cultures". The project is based on the principles of mutual complementarity of research methods. Field, linguistic descriptive methods for studying the mutual influence of languages and cultures and psycholinguistic experimental methods for studying the cognitive bases of the interference of languages in the mind of bilingual using new technological equipment and software in the laboratory are used. The introduction of this new direction in the study of the coexistence of the languages of the South of Siberia creates a new level of interdisciplinarity of the project and constitutes its fundamental novelty in the context of ongoing studies of contacts between small and titular languages of state entities, not only in Russia, but also abroad. The article describes the projects of a linguistically marked corpus of bilingual speech and a psycholinguistic database. The methods of sociolinguistic and psycholinguistic interrogation of informants are presented, the theoretical positions that formed the basis of the construction of the linguistic corps and the psycholinguistic database are revealed, the prototypical models to which the authors of the project were oriented, a brief description of the structures of the resources being created are characterized.
