摘要
In this paper, parabolic differential equations with periodic boundary conditions in one space dimension (on a cylinder) are solved numerically by using the Alternating Group Explicit (AGE) iterative method [1]. It is shown that the two sweeps of the AGE algorithm can be combined into one, thus forming a stable explicit algorithm with reduced computational effort and suitable for implementation on a parallel computer. © 1990, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
