摘要
The operational voltage reduction in total internal reflection light modulator was achieved using strontium barium niobate. The maximum modulation voltage can be reduced to less than 15 V with proximity coupled electric field. The frequency response exceeds 1 MHz without crystal size reduction. © 1990 The Japan Society of Applied Physics.
