摘要：
Three theoretical descriptions that yield, using a computer program, theoretical submicroscopical track profiles corresponding to normal incidence ions are proposed. The chemical attack velocity vas assumed to vary with the position on the incidence axis (x) of the ion and the perpendicular distance measured on the y axis. The program can simulate profiles for cases in which there are changes in the physical damage due to statistical changes or state changes in the incident ion charges. Moreover, the effects of the fluctuations in the bulk material on the track profiles as well as the experimental track profiles are shown.
