摘要
An experimental verification of the method of investigating texture inhomogeneity in the near-surface layers of a flat sample using the X-ray technique is presented. The investigations were performed on deformed aluminium. The results show that this method can be applied when finding the texture of the layers in the material is essential. Some limitations in the application of this method are due to its sensitivity to measurement errors.
