摘要
The Technological Information and Management Center of Matanzas is part of the Productive Scientific Center of the province of Matanzas and must also coordinate the Support Front for the Management of Innovation and Technology, which comprises a total of eight centers, including the University of Matanzas and two scientific societies of the territory: the Information Society of Cuba and the Society of Information Sciences. The CIGET to achieve de facto this coordination must implement the surveillance system and business intelligence, so the overall objective of our work is to make the diagnosis to form the technological surveillance system and business intelligence that contributes to decision making in the CIGET Matanzas and for this, the survey available on the website www.survio.com was used as tools; the consultation of experts with the application of the Kendall concordance coefficient, in addition to the information audit, with the support of the documentary analysis, and as a main result, the surveying needs were surveyed.
