摘要
The article is devoted to the study and generalization of design practices for the research and development of an industrial product in the Russian automotive industry. Materials and methods. The problems of sustainable development of production are explored, in terms of ensuring the efficiency of production processes through the development of technological activity of producers. On the basis of the systematization of scientific experience, an conceptual apparatus is specified. Also interpreted the practices of managing the system of product creation/development by domestic producers in comparison with industry leaders, generalized the experience of production development, with state support of the industry. Results. Theoretical questions of ensuring the effectiveness of product production through the use of modern management methods are considered; the classical solutions of the development of the domestic car industry at the present stage are compared with the leaders of the industry, the features of the market specific for Russia are singled out; the characteristic of kinds of the companies of the automobile industry - participants of process in Russia is given. On the basis of comparison, strategic alternatives are proposed for domestic automotive enterprises, which are aimed not only at preserving production capacities and workplaces in the industry, but also at forming long-term competitive advantages. It is proved that the result of implementation of the proposed solutions is a change in the positive side of the development strategy of the automotive industry of the Russian Federation, approaches to the creation and development of a complex high-tech product and support for the production process. Discussion. It is substantiated that in addition to the solutions that we used, it is necessary to increase investments in R & D of the domestic car industry product; complex transformation of the systems of product creation, production and technological, control systems. At the level of state industrial policy, a reassessment of market prospects of the industry and state policy of stimulating automakers is required in the part of: the development of a different mode of supporting the industry (from industrial assembly to the full cycle of production of the final product), co-financing of promising projects (both fundamental and applied). This will have a positive impact on the technological development of the industry; on increasing competitiveness and predetermine the prolongation of the result.
