摘要
Introduction: The resilient family changes its dynamics and functioning, aiming at solving any problem that involves stress found during the life of its members. Objective: to ascertain which psychological and psychosocial interventions promote resilience in relatives of children with cancer through a literature review. Methods: through a systematic review, a search was made in the databases Medline, SCOPUS / Sciencedirect, Academic Search complete, Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection, CINAHL, and E-Journals to know the latest impact researches in English and Spanish on psychosocial and psychological interventions that promote family resilience in the field of pediatric oncology in the last 10 years. Fifteen articles were found. Results and conclusions: there are 15 interventions that show their effectiveness through quantitative and qualitative designs. Among psychological interventions, special mention should be made of those related to coping and positive psychology, while playful activities and instrumental, emotional and informative support to families stand out among psychosocial interventions.
