摘要：

Doctors without borders (M,decins sans FrontiSres, MSF) is a non-profit organization, founded in 1971 in Paris. It provides help for people in need all over the world. Volunteer medical staff are temporarily employed in project areas, financed mainly through voluntary contributions. The MSF works on the basis of neutrality, impartiality, and independence. The article describes the work of MSF in places of violent conflict according to the encountered diseases and geographical project areas.
