摘要：
The market demands a more efficient performance from legal entities. Outsourcing or tertiarization has become an important tool for companies that adjust themselves to the requirements that the market imposes, it also grants a better organization of activities and achieves the highest performance in the competition process. This study analyzed the subcontracting process amidst the transformations that Brazilian society has experienced, regarding the relaxation of labor laws.
