摘要：
The effect of ultrasonic radiation on nonlinear microwave response of nonlinear scatterer which consists of straight-line vibrators loaded by semiconductor diodes has been theoreticaly investigated. The ultrasonic action the p-n-juaction can essentially transform the nonlinear barrier capacitance and, consequently, change the nonlinear microwave response, magnitude of modulation can reach 50 % of primary amplitude of the second harmonic.
