摘要
The concept of "positive discipline" in the workplace is designed to minimize the punitive aspects of discipline and maximize the corrective role of coaching by management. In the opinion of the authors, the approach is producing good results and is gaining in popularity. They argue that more arbitrators should familiarize themselves with the working of "positive discipline."
