摘要
The article aims to contribute to the theoretical understanding and to the development of methodology, presenting indicators of relational governance and social results. As a theoretical basis, the affirmative of the social approach in networks are used, whose principle affirms that social relations are important variables in the development and results of the network. The research is descriptive, qualitative, with a multiple case study method. To collect data, the instruments used are questionnaires and interviews with semi-structured script and data from secondary sources. The results support the proposition because there were correspondences between the indicators of relational governance and the indicators of social results. The theoretical benefit a rarely investigated correspondence and the methodological benefit an operational and reliable indicators.
