摘要
INTRODUCTION. Current medicine tends to dehumanize the end of life process, which contributes to generate certain ethical conflict to nurse staff. MATERIAL AND METHOD. The major scientific datadas research. RESULTS. The four main ethical conflicts detected are: decisions making, communicating information, futile treatments and hydration and artificial feeding. DISCUSSION. The nurses suffer moral distress with ethical conflicts by the obligation of safeguard the dignity and rights of their patients. CONCLUSIONS. The lack of training and experience to treat ethical problems contribute to increase nurse disconfort.
