摘要：

The constitutional court is still an institution of recent appearance in the most legal systems, and therefore it is often observed with mistrust or even in concurrence with the Supreme Court. Its legal nature, position, and even the effects of their decisions are discussed. Anyway, when its task is the revision of judgments, its position and nature are those of a real court, and its decisions have res judicata effects, and they also may be considered as precedents. After all these considerations, the utility of an autonomous branch of procedural law dedicated exclusively to the constitutional court/s is discussed.
