Organizational and Economic Systems under Uncertainty and Certainty: Entropy and Negentropy Evaluation

The author explores in detail the uncertainty assessment of organizational and economic system; causes and justifies the author's view of the nature of uncertainty and approaches to its calculation, which is supplemented by inclusion in the study of learning inverse properties with respect to the uncertainty - << certainty >> of organizational and economic system. The author proposes and convincingly proves the model cycle of uncertainty and methods of calculating the cumulative value of uncertainty and certainty.
