摘要
This study analyzes diverse types of higher education teachers in terms of the systems and assessment tools they use. Reliable and valid attitudinal scales were developed and applied to a sample of 217 teachers from 14 Pre-service Teacher Education institutions in Spain. Data analysis was undertaken through multivariate analysis (cluster analysis and ANOVAs). The results suggest the existence of three types (clusters) of teachers, according to the assessment tools they use: a) innovator teachers, b) marks oriented teachers, and c) eclectic teachers, with a strong practical component. By the last, we analyze the pedagogical results prospective.
