摘要
In order to known the Polyphagotarsonemus latus (Banks) incidence in protected crop of pepper (Capsicum annuum L. var. Lical, the broad mite populations were monitored once a week, dividing the house in 3 sections (initial, centre and final), 33 leaves of apical plant zone plus additional one in the centre section were extracted for a total of 100 leaves. The underside and upperside leaf broad mite population was examined. Intensity attack and distribution were determined. To know the existence of difference in P. latus populational level detected in the 3 sections one-way ANOVA was performed. From the first sample, the broad mite populations were higher to application indexes. The Dicofol 18,5 CE and Samba 20 CE spraying decrease broad mite population but at the end of pepper crop cycle have an incremental tendency. The attack intensity and distribution of P. latus has a similar behaviour. Not significant differences in the P. latus population were detected in the three house sections, when all samples were considered unit and when were divided in two groups, considering the broad mite populational level. The elements encountered whit relation a survey methods may be considered as a possible modifications to adjust the methodology Technical Instructive of Vegetable Health of Protected Crops the Higher Technology.
