Taking as a basis the constitutional framework of the Spanish Administrative Law, this paper examines the limits and possibilities of administrative courts in the protection and promotion of fundamental human rights, putting emphasis on the issue of economic and social rights and the guiding principles of social and economic policy in Spain.
