摘要
The paper deals with the labour motivation analysis of employees in Slovak woodworking industry. Understanding labour motivation factors provides the basis for determining the model of performance motivation of this group of employees. The paper aim is through a questionnaire survey to identify the factors of employee's motivation in woodworking industry in western and eastern Slovakia. The paper deals with the potential impact of region differences of the western and the eastern Slovakia on the employees preferences of the motivational factors significance. Research was conducted on a survey of sample 460 respondents. In the interpretation of the questionnaire survey results were used statistical tools and methods of descriptive and test statistics. Results of the survey indicate that for employees of the woodworking industry are the most important motivational factors linked to interpersonal relationships in the workplace regardless of the region in which they operate.
