摘要：

Based on an approach to sustainable development and legal system (environmental law) the role of administrative law shall be inserted as an example how to translate landing on the modern view of the recruitment and sustainable or green procurement into some legal institutions. Comparative experiences are addressed, and the presence of ethics and politics of such contracts, the challenges and benefits for the State itself in its role as consumer, and society as a whole. It concludes with an approach to the current national legal framework and its prospects.
