The text introduces an exploring view about new challenges faced by Canada since its historical constituted citizenship around homogeneous rights, known as pan-Canadianism in the 50's. Canada reconfigures cultural patterns in the high hyper contemporary era of knowledge society, and new issues of civic-cultural rights including ethnic-national demands - suggest the possibility of a congregate differentiated citizenship. It would result from the additive rights of recognition into traditional inclusive rights, and would be linked to an amplified comunitarism of socialethnic competencies. Different entities in an affirmative civic action would be a key start point for comprehending interrelated communitarian fields in the Confederation. They would go beyond the Welfare State rights of the Western societies.
