PSYCHOTHERAPY OF PATIENTS WITH BORDERLINE PERSONALITY-DISORDER

Studies published during the past year have advanced our understanding of the processes of cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy for patients with borderline personality disorder. They have also provided support for the theories underlying each treatment. Clinical contributions have emphasized tactical approaches for specific patient populations and the integration of modalities.
