摘要：
Steep and the dream, the prototypes of regression for Freud, occur between the sessions of analytic treatment. From this perspective, patients with a psychotic or psychosomatic structure present a particular problem. We argue that it is only when an internal object can be represented that these patients can escape disorganisation and are able to organise regressions proving profitable for the progress of treatment.
