摘要
The set of microogranisms in the rhizosphere of tomato plants was investigated in an ROST-4M rhizotron. A high level of colonization of the roots was established, primarily by bacteria, and also by fungi and actinomycetes. Differences were noted in population indices and in the composition of microorganisms in different sections of the tomato plants' root system. The role of microorganisms in cultivation of plants in regulated conditions on a thin-layer root medium is discussed. The thin-layer model of soil that was developed opens fundamentally new possibilities for studying root systems and various aspects of plants' interaction with microorganisms.
