摘要：
The constitutional action to take control of illegally acquired properties has become an essential tool for compensating victims and enforcing the law. Property extinction intends to recover profits earned by criminal organizations and give them back to their legitimate owners. Both the social function of property and the legal requirements to achieve it allow this tool to determine with accuracy the legal ownership of property.
