Diagnosis of the Human Capital Management in AICA(+) Laboratories Enterprise

The Cuban Enterprise System has a responsibility to raise labor productivity to meet social demands, for which workers are required continuous high performance with competency-based training. It is at this scenario that Laboratories AICA(+) enterprise management develops, which belongs to BioCubaFarma, wherein the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry is concentrated in the country. In the research development, the interview, the survey and the Ishikawa diagram were used, resulting in the diagnosis of the Human Resources Management based on the Diagnostic, Projection and Control (DPC) model. The analysis of the Cuban norms accomplishment level evidenced the stage in which the organization was for its certification.
