摘要：
The paper gives grounds to the author's conceptual model of labour migration mechanism in conditions of common economic space formation. In the article there are presented the analysis results of the labour immigration in Russia and there are specified factors which determine the processes of common labour market creation. Internal and external labour resources are assessed according to the types of economic activity to identify competing areas of employment.
