摘要：
This paper presents and discusses some fundamental aspects of the implementation of an Expert Support System (ESS) in the military field of naval electronic warfare. The importance of knowledge-based systems for decision support applications in the military area is emphasized. A brief view of the characteristics of military systems, concerning the interaction of information and real systems, is presented.
