摘要
The optimization of pulse jet cleaning of fibrous ceramic filter elements at high temperatures and pressures has been investigated at a pilot plant, located at the power station ''Furst Leopold'' at Dorsten, by numerous tests at varying parameters of operation. As a result the influence of the various parameters on the cleansing of filter elements by pulse jet can be interpreted. As an important factor, demonstrating the effect of the parameters of operation, the dynamic differences of pressure during the pulse cleaning have been monitored. Operation pressure, filtration temperature and superficial velocity did not influence the dynamic pressure. The dynamic pressures can be described by an expression obtained by linear regression and depending only on the ratio of the pulse pressure and a special pulse constant.
