摘要
We present experimental measurements and theoretical calculations of the band-to-band optical absorption of a Ga(In)As Ga(In,Al)As superlattice under electric and magnetic fields applied parallel to the growth axis. Coulombic effects are considered in a simple model which incorporates the different dependences of the vertical and oblique excitons under magnetic field. Scattering effects on the conduction magneto-Wannier-Stark states are also theoretically considered. © 1990.
